Will Biden pick a young ultra liberal? Does Biden even have authority to pick? Will those in control allow him to pick a moderate-liberal to keep things looking normal on the surface? So many questions.

According to the article, he committed to picking a black woman. Will this be the trick to kick Kamala away? Or will he add heft to the court by the surprise pick of Stacey Abrams? Michelle Obama? The vote-stuffer from Georgia? The pool will open when Breyer makes it official.
