I'd rather see them all put on an island somewhere, with enough wild animals and vegetation to survive, and video cameras everywhere.

You're kinder than I am. For what they have done to humanity and our children, nothing will begin the healing other than to rip out this evil by its roots. Public trial and when and if found guilty for crimes against humanity, Impale the lot in the public square. Leave them there to feed the vultures and rats.
