But I think for the last hundred years, the enemy has been setting up systems where hospital administrators that want to keep their hospital in business have no choice but to do whatever governments tell them.
This really came to a head with covid, where hospitals were ordered to shut down all their money-making surgeries, until they all were at the point of collapse.
Then the Federal government rescues them with covid-19 'relief' money. Now they can stay in business as long as you do what they want. They get paid for each covid patient. They get more if the patient goes on a ventilator, and more if they die.
Doctors are directed to use Remdesivir and under no circumstances are HCQ or Ivermectin allowed any where near a Covid patient.
And so they murder us by the 10's of thousands or 100's of thousands so they can stay open. It is a perverted system, but it was purposefully done by the psychopaths that run everything.
There's no question that doctors across the USA let us down. They are truly scum and I will never forgive them for not putting up a fight for us. Only a tiny handful did. And they are still killing people every day to protect their careers and to keep the money coming in.
But my point is.
It isn't just 'the hospital'. It is the system in how hospital budgets work. It is the system that creates doctors that are more worried about their careers than patient's lives. It was carefully set up this way.

To be more serious, the way we educate and regulate is the problem. The majority are so poorly educated and are too happy staying that way. I am amazing at how many of us can understand gene therapy with no formal training. It simply means it isn't that hard to learn! if you want to.
So if most people are equipped with knowledge and empowered, so many things wouldn't be the way it is, the only question is how to wake them up...oh wait...
