This story is now a day old, but what was meant by the "wrong one"? Were there jabs just meant for kids? Do the 1, 2 & 3 numbers on the bottle have any meaning here? I read the article and I read yesterday's post, and I'm still not 100% certain of what the term meant.

They used something else instead of saline to mix the shot with. Something used for other shots. Some nurses didn't check and didn't wait until they got the saline. Worth a listen

This other stuff was also specifically listed as DO NOT USE in the mixing instructions for the vac... err I mean experimental shots. They used it anyway.
