Y’know, I started using it a couple months ago and noticed my sleep was better. Haven’t been sleeping well lately and realized from your post that I’ve been forgetting to take it!

Yes! Start using fluoride free toothpaste too. That can help and it will allow for more vivid dreams. When I started eliminating fluoride from my system and my spouses system dreams have become more and more vivid for the both of us.
