Sure he can. Durham works for the Executive branch. Biden is head of the Executive branch. He can fire him any time he wants

Durham is not a King. He answers to someone. That someone is the Attorney General of the United States of America. Who in turn, works for the President of the United States of America. Who, according to the fake news, is Joe Biden. So yes, he can fire him.
