Artur Pawlowski is actually a Calgary pastor. He has been arrested multiple times by the Calgary gestapo for the crime of preaching to too many people at once.

last time like 6 cars with swat gear took him down while he was driving and dragged him off.

I believe this was from the large Calgary walk/march happening same day.
