Nah, he knows the code language. He's joking about how nasty the hotel is that he's staying at, pointing to the possibility of sick shit going down there. Sounds like some sort of Hostel.

This actually means that he is in fact, aware of the code languages and is letting us know that we are on target with the Pizzagate code words.
