Just flood DC. If you clog up the whole capital and all the highways up I 95, beltway etc, it will be felt. Trucks across Wisconsin won’t make a difference

I literally live next to I-95 and this highway is loud as fuck with moderate traffic. I can’t imagine how loud it would be with a road full of trucks and honking!
