I know UFO videos get no love but I thought this one was interesting because of the name Durham. I think it's just a helicopter shining it's lights towards the camera you can see the ground light up Below in a specific location
Have you ever tried to take a picture of lets say the moon? Or an airplane up in the sky? Not saying this is real and that it is not fake. But, having tried taking pictures of sky objects before it never really comes in clear without some sort of telephoto lens. Standard webcams/streetcams that capture stuff like this are no different.

Replicatable in AfterFX. The artist failed to make the light levels on the ground change when the ufo flew through the clouds.
Um why is it that these types of video are always fuzzy?

Agreed, low light extreme. Took me an entire roll of film to get ONE picture of a full moon when I was a teen.

The craft are fuzzy because they are slightly out of our local space time and partly in the universal vacuum. quantum vacuum plasma.

The orb is a helicopter with its spotlight on. The camera is in night mode so lights get overexposed.
You can see the flood light moving on the ground from the helicopter.
Nothing special here other than 3 helicopters flying around together. Thats a bit odd.
