Seems awfully risky. Hershey just fired all of their unvaccinated office workers today and tried to bribe them with two months severance in exchange for signing an NDA that includes a promise not to sue them.

These companies are on shaky legal ground given the SCOTUS rulings. May they all be bankrupted.

let's not be so hasty... make those that make the decisions liable... we shouldn't punish the grunts... they are stuck with shitty leadership... likely half of them are conservatives, too. we should not turn on the folks that are not responsible.
