That's great they don't have the party line votes to get their pick through.....

Except, have you noticed how Republicans often can't keep their senators sticking to the party line?

My bet is one of the RINO members like Lindsey Graham will deliver the 50th vote and heels up Harris can be the majority vote if it somehow is a tie.
