It's a good article though written to English as a second language standards.
Having been trained as an Electrical Engineer I have always thought there was something to the 5G damaging cells angle. Heck, back in the 70s there were books addressing the potential for damage from radio frequencies (RF). The much shorter 5G millimetre (MM) waves can do worse damage.
Problem with this article is that it's all hypothetical. Plausible, but still hypothetical. Plus they didn't explain about cells leaving hex and pentagram holes behind when moved by EM waves.
Since when do journals actually care about quality and ethics? Peers in a field are well know for scrubbing each other's backs.
