What makes folks believe that adding amendments or rewriting the Constitution would have any effect at all, let alone beneficial, when we, as a citizenry, lack the nutsack to enforce what we already have.

And any attempts to change it up will, not might, will, be infiltrated by depraved degerates to twist and morph it to something more to the liking of the ultra rabid left.
