Find out what company has security bond for Ottawa PD. If enough people call to complain to the company, they could remove his bond.

It does have to be specific to the bond. But that only requires you to think for 10 minutes about what specifically hes doing and how to word it correctly. By "following orders" theyre oppressing freedom to gather and peacefully protest. If you cant claim against the police then do it to who ordered the police to do it.
