Not surprising! I’ve always thought that company was shady. That’s a shame for those needing the donations & those giving hard earned money.

In my rural area when there’s a tragedy a local woman at the bank. It’s a small town & most people know everyone. She opens up a bank account with an online link for people to donate. Anyone can do this, you don’t have to work at the bank to open a donation account. Cut out these big donation companies. Also people know where the money’s going. The family gets the entire donation amount.
