Irrelevant. They're using the money for their own purposes, regardless of whether they're going to an alleged "charity" or not. The money was intended for one thing, they're stealing it and using it for another. They can and will be sued for this.

So GFM is taking money meant for PATRIOTS and giving it to COMMUNISTS.

Seems to me GFM might be a COMMUNIST organization. They are certainly COMMUNIST sympathizers.
