a) I believe I saw an official release from GoFuckMe that said donors CAN apply for and receive a refund.... so if that's correct, this isn't QUITE so bad......but....

b) This still borders on criminal misconduct; fraud, theft, embezzelment; however TF you want to phrase it.

It's their business so they can largely do what they want, but in a situation like this, they should simply instantly refund the money to all donors; not hold it hostage behind some "application process" no doubt many of which will become such a huge pain that people just give up....which means gofuckme ends up with STOLEN MONEY.
