Those look like American plates. Not Ontario. Maybe bc but don't think so.

Thought it happened in ottawa. Didn't realize Winnipeg was in on this now. Yay Winnipeg. Why do this in Winnipeg? I think they've lost it. Overweight body double for jt and now a ff in Winnipeg.
