I havent checked but theres always a buyout clause. If Rumble is willing to spend 100M on Rogan and they are teamed up with Truth Social they will pay the buyout if there is one. Rogan is worth way more than 100M to Rumble over 4 years. Even if they just break even in terms of direct payment on the deal, it will raise their visibility and the indirect value will be astronomical.
This would get them 10mil + subscribers / users immediately, within two months.
Yea, good point. The massive amount of positive PR this would generate is of immeasurable value.
