I have been able to get something similar to that sound with the PVC pipe tubes from my canister vacuum cleaner.
I played trombone in school . So takes a little skill but I can blow a horn pretty loud I've actually blown a shofar and I love it.
Actually, musical instruments would work well. Especially played by those who are learning.
Shofars have a super tight embouchure, kind of like a french horn.
