He has spoken up about the dangers and that he can’t stop it from progressing. But I question him a lot too
My personal opinion is that he's working with the White Hats. Whether it's because he wants to or has no choice is unknown.

With how valuable a rock from the moon is I would be more shocked if there weren't fakes out there. I don't buy the whole faked moon landing purely based off the global reaction. Soviets definitely had eyes on and that was arguably the sole reason to make the attempt. I could almost guarantee they would've blown the whistle if something was fucky.
But a fake from NASA, gifted to another state? That's way different than some bozo trying to get rich selling fakes.
Not so sure they would call it out. I mean, what if they're all faking it? Wouldn't make sense to expose the same fraud you're guilty of yourself. I'm sure Russia knows what really went on with 9/11 too, but they haven't said anything. The soviet union operated a lot differently than modern day Russia. They would've had everything to gain by exposing a faked landing. On the whole 9/11 conspiracy, it's almost guaranteed the powers that be expected it to take place based on pre-attack indicators but al-qaeda was 100% involved. Granted, the US essentially created that network to fight the Soviets, but they did get blind sided by conflicting principles when it came to oil in the ME.
Interesting theory. My beliefs on the moon landing are formed by studying the thing itself, not on what the Soviet Union theoretically would have done if they theoretically knew something fifty years ago. But I do get your line of thinking.
How Elon became rich? I don't know. I'm guessing he got the contract to build Space Force.
He was rich because his parents got rich from exploiting emerald mining in South Africa. He then used that money to help make PayPal and made more money, then Tesla, SpaceX, etc. But he's always been a rich, international elite.
