It means Texas could finally draw several Democrat districts in a fair way, not a way that puts all the minorities in a box. People should not vote by race, but for the party they think represents them the most. Democrats always made it about race.

You should see what they have done in NY. We lost our district with Claudia Tenney representing us. Now we are part of some huge district that goes up to Canada, which is far away. Now all the districts skew to Democrat, and NY will likely lose three seats in the House. No fair!! The local CIA paper printed the new district map, and it was so tiny I couldn't even see the numbers when I used a huge magnifying glass. So, I really don't know where or what the new districts are, but I know that in my neck of the woods we are going to be democrat forever.
