I had a conversation with a woman today, who told me her friend is a dentist. He says that in 20 years as a dentist, he has never seen anything like it.
People's teeth are rotting and falling out. He has had to pull more teeth, both adults and children, than anytime in his career.
He says he believes it is due to the constant wearing of face masks.
I think it would be way WAY better to deflouridate the water and give people the choice of if they want to do something topical. Topical flouride is just as effective. The reasoning they use behind putting it in the water is to protect poor people and retards from growing up with rotted teeth. But in this day and age, anyone who wanted a topical solution should be able to get one easy. There's gels, rinses, special toothpastes, etc. No one should be eating that shit.
As far as whether it's enough in tap water to strengthen enamel, yeah basically. But the more your teeth absorb, the stronger they are. So a little bit is a little good, and more is more good. But that's just in terms of your enamel. Flouride is good for your enamel, but not good for your body. So you have to balance how much you want to use with whether or not youre overdoing it.
I have no strong opinion on the pineal calcification thing. I'm open to different opinions and theories.
Another good way to save your enamel and make it last longer is go keto.
