I'm not sure the exact legal definition of mischief but knew someone back in high school that was caught breaking a bus shack window and he got charged with "Mischief under 5000$," which implies to me that the crime involves a damage component.

Transportation of fuel with intent to be free?
Trafficking of a carbon-based formula?
