In the end Prescott Bush imported 900 natzi scientists to the United States. Only 200 were rocket scientists the rest were mind war scientists!
Canada is just to the north and I see how after world war II they spread this crap around the world! And we helped.
I believe that CIA (don't call them "we") spread it directly: Canada was used only to escape domestic US laws when Congress and the press discovered the program. The internationalization worked so well that it later went all over, and foreign intelligence groups ran the ops in the US. O, for those days when congressional reps and reporters had souls, and enough support to outlaw this evil!
