I remember. Admiral Roger's from the NSA testifying in front of Senate telling them that in April of 2016 he had his guys audit the fisa Inqueries and found that an FBI contracted organization was abusing search queries in the database. I always thought Fusion GPS? He shut down the entire system. Blocked all queries from happening.
