I truly believe he wanted to cure those things, but it sounds like the wrong people were influencing him, and blowing smoke up his ass.

Early on there were talks about Trump having RFK Jr as his medical advisor. Trump was all about looking into vaccine safety and autism. Then unfortunately something happened there, I think Bill Gates convinced him it would "be a bad idea" to look into vaccine safety, and instead we got Fauci/Gates/Rockefeller + Plandemic.

Trump might have thought these big pharma vaccines are "great", but he got played by the Pilgrims. As a result it made people's health and lives much worse than before. And any blame they get to pin on Trump because "he was the boss".

The cure to AIDS and cancer and autism and SIDS, is quite simply, stopping the use of vaccines.
