No no smallpox has never existed in the age of antiviral therapy. There is treatment now that did not exist then so the old fatality rates are not valid to extrapolate to today. Don't let this clear bioweapon attack scare you - that is the true intent of the cabal behind it - to cause mass desperate panic.
