You mean to say that no judge ordered the fuel to be returned, so the police just returned it out of the goodness of their hearts?

Ohhhh so you don’t understand the definition of contaminated.

They wouldn’t return normal, functioning fuel “out of the goodness of their heart”

But they would do it if it would knowingly damage the truckers equipment and well being.
