I used to get a 5lb sharp cheddar commodity block o' cheese every so often... because one of my TennCare customers got 1 per month.

Best cheese ever!

Plus my tax dollars paid for it.

I know what you mean. Back in the 70s my grandma’s widowed sister was on assistance. Sometimes she would give her cheese.Back when cheese was the real stuff!
