I don’t know of a database, not saying there is or isn’t one. When you get a shot you are given a paper card & the vial number is written on it. I know someone that gave Covid shots at her job. That was at the beginning when they first came out. I’m guessing here, they put everything in your medical records I would think they record it. That doesn’t mean it’s shared. My records at one doctor isn’t shared with another unless they are in a hospital or clinic network. They certainly are not shared with a drug store. I remember many years ago there was talk of a medical records sharing system. Dummy me thought what a great idea. I don’t have to give my life story to every new doctor. 🤯 Praying that doesn’t exist yet behind our backs.
