Let's not forget Phil Murphy (NJ Governor), who was neck and neck with a total unknown, then all of sudden lots more votes for Ol' Murphy. On the plus side in NJ, a truck driver who spent almost nothing on campaigning, beat a deepstate POS named Sweeney who spent twenty years effing over the people of NJ as NJ Senate president. My belief is "they" never thought Sweeney would lose to this guy so they didn't bring in extra votes for him.
