There's honestly no way to address their concerns for a woman who's ego is proceeding her. She should admit she was wrong to do it, apologize that she's fighting science, remove all mandates (constitutionally illegal), and step down from mayor of Boston. She's a POS so she won't do any of that. Her only other option is to ignore negative and real feedback. Soon, it will show that it wasn't worth it to do that, and by then it will be too late.
