In layman's terms, the clotting we are seeing in vax'd people is more along the lines of micro clotting, where small clots start building. Once big enough the clot shift's either to the lungs, then the heart and ultimately if you survive that the brain where the outcome isn't good.
Do not confuse with DVT (deep vein thrombosis) I've had three, one of which shifted to my lung (PE or pulmonary embolism) and had to be caught quick with a clot busting drug.
My understanding with haemorrhage fever is the opposite, the blood can't clot.
