Next time you post up a twitter link, take out everything after ? since there is a unique URL tracker on you and everyone else who uses that link.
For example, your link is

Nitter is great too! A privacy friendly wrapper of Twitter where you can look at Twitter posts and not worry about being tracked. It can just become cumbersome to type/edit each link by hand. Is there an app that automatically changes my twitter links to nitter?
Also Fritter is a FOSS app and looks like a privacy friendly twitter client.
