"marker" means that the post will become much more meaningful in the future, usually at a very specific time.

the markers are so accurate, that they spawned the phrase, "how many times before it becomes mathematically impossible?" to highlight the strange pattern of highly specific, predicted news.

these markers were what gave Q a lot of credibility,

because the predictions were so incredibly accurate, people believed that Q must have access to a "looking glass" program that can see into the future.

to understand the markers, you really have to understand the Q clock.

but what we need to understand is, that every other "news" story that comes in between the annual Ball Drop, is JUST AS SCRIPTED as the Ball Drop.

They knew where the Super Bowl would be held. The knew what time kickoff was.

They knew who would perform at the Halftime show.

They knew there would be a wardrobe malfunction.

They knew Maholmes would fail to throw the ball, to win the game, to go to the Super Bowl.
