The black seed oil common recommendation is 1 tsp or less a day. Most say on the bottle. The most dose info on one spot is Amazon, because they sell the most products from the most sources, usually have good label pictures, and usually have reviews. You don't have to buy from them.
Many oils are effective topically, probably not as much as eating,, but it is a good question as eating brings in digestve chemicals which make their own contribution to the final result.
Side note: The evil people plan to label hemorrhage and clotting issues from the vaxx as a "new illness" to be called Marburg. And provide another vaxx for it. Marburg and hemorrhagic fever are one and the same. I'm thinking the HF threat is bogus. Because HF is too dangerous for the Cabal to use..it would endanger THEM too much.

Go by the proper name, Nigella sativa. And get cold-pressed.
