OWS= occupy wall street...I've always thought this was a time when the cabal realized they need more control of the narative, sew more division with blm , white supremassy etc, and generally accelerate their evil plan.
My guess is he played to their weakness. GREED.
If he told Pharma that the military was close to releasing their own vax, then Pharma would have had to release early.
They couldn't run the risk of having a useful vax out there -- and credited to Trump.
That would have nullified their entire plan.
