Last night students and parents met with our attorney and today we have a brave 13 year old decline to wear a mask or leave the classroom. The school called the police, who responded but would not intervene. We had previously inquired with OC Sheriff and were told they would not intervene because it is a civil matter, not legal, so I’m glad to see that they adhered to that today.

Now that we’ve won this battle today, we have more students who will do the same tomorrow. The legal group we’ve retained, The Gavel Project, will be filing suits against seven school districts this week.

To say that we’re done with this masking kids bullshit is an understatement.
