My memory is a bit foggy of who they were could have been RCMP they were on horses it was the late 90s when it happened. I was in the car with my mother and a naked homeless man was running around my mother asked on of them if they would do something about him as he was exposing himself to young children they didn't do anything at all and instead tried flirt with my mother. I only remember this incident because of how outraged she was that they could care less and let a naked man run around.
Not saying there aren't few decent RCMP officers still standing, but like our thoroughly corrupted FBI, those honest officers are powerless when orders are given by tyrannical leaders. They need to stand up to their "superiors", then leave the service because even if the Globalist $hits win a battle here and there, we know who will win in the end.
With good reason, typically you base your trust on the history with someone or something. The RCMP, don't have a good track record.

Edit: forgot to say this was downtown Toronto
Well darn. Another bubble burst. There goes Nelson Eddy and Jeanette McDonald and Rockey's long chinned buddy. No illusions left.
That's the take from my Canadian cousins.
