Putin has never had any intentions to move or invade the Ukraine.

For those who point at the Crimea Oblast and 'Russia' invading it, that's a Deep State talking point and intended to mislead Americans. Remember, Hillary Clinton's intent was to start a war with Russia to hide her crimes. In the Soviet era and after its break up the Crimea was considered an autonomous Oblast.

It's population consists of 67% Russians and 16% Ukrainians. The Crimeans voted overwhelming at 96% to secede and to unify with Russia. There was an 83% turnout. Obviously, there was a majority of Crimean Ukrainians who favored the move as well. The 1992 constitution accords greater powers to the Crimean parliament including full sovereign powers to establish relations with other states; therefore, many Western and Ukrainian commentators argued that both provided referendum choices would result in de facto separation from Ukraine. In its history, the Crimea has been a Russian territory for over 400 years. It was only when Nikita Khrushchev; the Ukrainian born Soviet Union President, redrew Crimea to be part of Ukrainian S.S.R. in 1954 that Kiev gained control of Crimea until 2014; a 60 year period. The Crimea under Ukrainian S.S.R. jurisdiction was given great autonomy to assuage and pacify the Crimean people under Ukrainian control. This lasted until 1992 when Kiev abolished the Crimean Constitution granting great autonomy. In 1998, Kiev gave Crimea a new constitution, which severely restricted its autonomy; notably, any legislation passed by the Crimean parliament could be vetoed by the Ukrainian parliament. Before that, the Crimeans made their own legislation and Kiev was to respect Crimean acts.

The Crimeans have never accepted the 1992 Kiev abolishment of their Constitution. Fast forward to 2014 and the rise of the anti-Russian Maidan as a preeminent force now ruling Kiev, the Crimean people knew that terror and persecution of the Russian Crimeans was imminent. When Maidan has openly stated their plan to commit genocide against Russians in Ukraine, it is easy to see why the vast majority of Crimeans voted to secede and unify with Russia. Russia simply never invaded Crimea. This is a globalist Neocon false narrative. Part of the 16-year plan to destroy the United States.
