The Biden regime would probably use military trucking capabilities to at least provide the minimum level necessary to keep things from totally degrading to anarchy.

Nah. Military is not set up for this. They may be able to do some drops of MREs and water in various locations for awhile, but working out the logistics of shipping ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING our country ships on a day to day basis? They won’t even be able to cover 1% of that.
