If he is an agent of Mossad who actively posts about patriot topics, it's still worthwhile reading them. Wouldn't it be direct info on what they're interested in / paying attention to and what not? So if he is said agent and claims that Q is a troll, then my previous assessment of him feigning disinterest etc. gives us a valuable clue :)
