This is talking about the beta version. The release for the general version was pushed back until March.

But the beta version was supposed to have come out last November and then the normal version on Feb. 21st. So they're cutting short beta testing by two-thirds.

So I wouldn't be shocked if they have to push back the launch date for the normal version again.
