There is no such thing as a false positive that would occur so many times that you recall 50 million doses of the Clot Shot.

AIDs isn't a specific disease, it's a collection of symptoms associated with your immune system no longer working. So if the Clot Shot destroys your immune system, yes, it will give you AIDs.
