I tried digging down on this claim, and, other than the obvious fact-checkers denying the veracity of this, I found a couple of references such as this: https://www.lucianne.com/2022/02/16/hillary_clinton_-_i_am_not_a_crook_79322.html

Zeifman didn't fire her (allegedly because he didn't have the power to do so), but he did say that he wouldn't recommend her for any further position. She also failed the DC bar exam.
