While military tech is very advanced, I don't think anyone has advanced tech that has made quantum cpus for machine ai just yet. Mainly Negaunee there just isn't wnough knowledge or research or material discovered for that to be in place. It's more likely a conglomerate if systems like skynet at the moment. But mil ops definitely working on something tho. Prob will be in place in 10 years or so.
