What are the odds Trump would pay for this ad if he weren't absolutely positively 100% certain beyond all doubt?

Why take that reputational risk unnecessarily? It would make him look tacky, desperate, petty and weak. It would wreck his credibility. It would be the biggest unforced error in fuckup history.
