She has it all backwards, her organs might hurt an unvaxxed recipient. unvaxxed organs will probably not hurt a vaxxed person.

So it's better for unvaxxed recipients if she isn't on the list, maybe better for everyone.

I don’t think she is talking about harm from organs, but rather how messed up the situation is and the unvaxed no longer have an incentive to participate.
